Ambos Restaurant

Ambos, our evening restaurant, means “yes to both.” The dining room is open for dinner service Wednesday through Sunday. It is brought to life by Chef Norberto Piattoni, inspired by his Argentine heritage and his prolific fermentation practices and cooking methods. Here you will find local meat, seafood, fresh pasta, and produce—transformed by live-fire cooking and other bespoke culinary processes and interpretations. 

In our casual all-day cafe and bar, guests can enjoy a light breakfast and lunch, and starting at dusk small plates, wines, cocktails, and non-alcoholic beverages and tonics are available.

The beverage menu, created by cocktail luminary Arley Marks, weaves together a collection of classic and original cocktails, along with a selection of tonics and non-alcoholic drinks. The wine list primarily focuses on Argentine, Italian, and Spanish wines that are served alongside a selection of our local Hudson Valley and Eastern Seaboard makers.

A table made for closeness - whether this is your first or fifth time dining with us, we invite you and yours to join us for an intimate four-course shared tasting menu featuring butter-poached lobster, Hudson Valley Foie gras, truffle butter, caviar caramel, and other sensual ingredients by Executive Chef Norberto Piattoni. Optional wine pairing available. Adjacent in the lounge, Melodious Thunk presents $TNE with an all vinyl set spinning through the evening.
